Hi. My name is Nicole Thayer, and I'm in the Leadership MBA program. For me, the biggest aspect that attracted me to the program was the flexibility. With four kids, newly married, and having recently bought a house, in order to find time to do all of those things that go on, you need something that's flexible. And so being able to do it in the morning, or at lunch, or in the evening, whenever I'm able to fit it in has been what I've needed to make it work for me.
Going back to school has been the best decision I could have made since it's helped me grow in my career. I've changed positions twice, both moving up to a more influential and leadership role. And I don't think I would have gotten it without having been part of the MBA program.
